Time spent explaining how to operate the interface to the car. Not terribly happy with the digital signing process for documents. Felt pressured to sign rather than peruse documents properly. In end signed on basis that they were authorised dealer

The length of time taken to get a booking and then not standing over BMW parts that had only went over warranty mileage because they couldn't take the car sooner

My BMW and my wifes BMW were serviced last week. Neither car was washed before pick up. Very disapointed with this as I have purchased 8 BMW's from Prentices over the past 20yrs and I usually got the cars washed etc.
