Richard Allen was very courteous, pleasant and informative during my visits. He explained everything in great detail. Also his colleague , Richard , was extremely helpful in setting up the vehicle and demonstrating the system within the vehicle .

Everyone done all they could to help us on the day

Very disappointed. I left the car in to get the battery and the charger checked as the actual charge was dropping considerably. I also asked the service personnel to do the routine service (which was due August) to do the service required as I would,

Got full service carried out which included vehicle check service. 3 weeks later, my tyre center on inspection, that original front tyres have inner wear and have ordered replacement tyres. I am surprised this was not brought to my attention at Bmw.

The part was fitted quickly and without undue fuss and has remained inplace.Prentice staff are efficient practical and friendly They don't make a drama out of servicing your car. I have no complaints This car that I now have is a superb vechile .

Not the same experience I had the first time dealing with Prentice Portadown. Warranty part that was known about for 10 months for which I had a number of calls about to come and get fitted wasn't available/in stock, car was booked in weeks before
