Because they broke my coolant pipe going to engine then denied it and the way they spoke down to me was a total disgrace it took me 7 phone calls to get speaking to someone then I send over a video of what had happened and not one apology did I get

I no longer have the BMW RXZ 5303. I traded it in when I had it in for service. I now have a new X1 plug in hybrid. Service of the old vehicle was satisfactory as far as I was concerned.

To be told i couldn't have a courtesy car as it was recall work to be told the day before I could have but would have to wait did not sit well. Upon arrival I was then advised I would only get it if I was a retail customer. Not great service.

We went for a routine service but car ended up needing a lot of work. Niall helped us massively by dealing with BMW and reducing the costs of the work. He also supplied a car for us while the work was done. Huge thanks to him!

Got full service carried out which included vehicle check service. 3 weeks later, my tyre center on inspection, that original front tyres have inner wear and have ordered replacement tyres. I am surprised this was not brought to my attention at Bmw.

Not the same experience I had the first time dealing with Prentice Portadown. Warranty part that was known about for 10 months for which I had a number of calls about to come and get fitted wasn't available/in stock, car was booked in weeks before

Neil was terse, over familiar and seen me as a problem. Battery was not inspected, vent was not connected and battery was not clamped in place, its still 12.1volt. I planned on waiting and working in the shopping centre, this annoyed him,I no choice

The service was fine and the staff very helpful but i was disappointed to find that the part (headlight) needed to repair my car was not available. There appears to be a systemic fault with the leaking headlights on my car.

Vehicle could not be returned on same day following additional repair work needed. No acknowledgement that BMW was responsible for damage. Limited communication. No courtesy vehicle provided. Poor customer communication, service.
